I'M SO HAPPY TODAY because i finally had the chance to open up my Sparkling Wine Jalliance to drink! *POOOOOP*
Wine Jaillance is produced in France and what interest me even more was some of the requirements they adhered to in the process of producing it.
--> the grapes used have to be harvest by hand
--> they follow the traditional methods of winemaking

I would say that both bottle of wine brings about very unique taste. but personally, i would prefer Muscat, Clairette (alcohol level:7%) more because it tasted fruity and sweet while Semillon (alcohol level:12.5%) tasted bitter (to me). Sweet > bitter, always work better for me (: But i'm sure Semillon would be able to satisfy the taste bud of people who preferred wine with a stronger flavour.
You can easily find them (Semillon and Muscat, Clairette) in places like Cold Storage, Giant, Jasons and Marketplace, at $29.90 and $26.90 respectively. It's pretty affordable and value for money given the fact that you're getting yourself an award winning wine which could have cost even more.
if you're interested, feel free to find out more on Wine Jaillance here (:
Till then,
xoxo
