Have you ever thought of the possible misconception we all have when it comes to certain snacks we deemed to be healthy? Could it be because of some clever marketing skills which allow us to believe that it is healthy when it's not?
Came across this video and thought it would be nice to share with everyone (:
OMG RIGHT?!
My jaw literally dropped after watching this video, esp when they talk about FROZEN YOGURT cus that's my favorite and most of the time, i would just assume that the more you eat, the healthier you get.

HAHA LOL. can't believe that's what i believe in. Well-marketed 'junkies', i guess? Did some research and found out that though it is true that yogurt may be healthier choice but while it is deemed as fat-free, does it means that it is low in sugar?

Answer is NO because sugar in this case have been added more to act as substitute of fats. IF NOT WHY DO U THINK IT'S SO YUMMY?! *shakes head* and like what was mentioned the video, we often got carried away with our toppings and we will start adding choco chips, marshmallow, gummy bears. ahhh. i can jus go down the list and the thought of it now sure feels sinful. hahaha.
This video has definitely opened my eyes to the things i've missed out on and also make me think twice on consuming food which are deemed as healthy. i guess the next time when i enter a self serve yogurt shop, i'll TRY to make sure i get the smallest cup and maybe with minimal toppings. HAHAHAHA.
Short post today but hope you guys learnt something new (:
Till then, xoxo
