Looking at my calendar and for once, i dread for the days to pass so quickly.. Just a few days back, boyfee was notified on his enlistment date and guess what, he will be enlisting in just 1months time. This news came as a joy and shock to me. Well, joy in the sense that because the place he was posted to has always been something he wished to be part of so of course, i'm happy for the fact that he got what he want (: but at the same time, this news came as a shock to me cus firstly, it was too sudden. no one expected him to enlist on such a early note and i'm just left with a month time to 'adjust' my emotions. hmm we've made many plans for the coming months (my birthday, overseas trip, volunteering, 3rd anni celebration etc) but it seems that certain changes are inevitable :/ Nonetheless, i'm still going to be a good girlfr for my boyfee! While he is busy training inside, i'll be busying working hard on my music as well as repaying my loans:/ so.. jiayous to both of us! haha.

&i believe nothing is too tough for us to handle, we're definitely going to pull through it. i'm 100%*infinity sure of it (:

My bestfr (:

Hi all. Decided to try smth different today and so.. I'm gonna blog about one of my bestfriend by the name of WEEKIAT (: For those who have known me, i've volunteered in SCAS and i will be going back soon when i'm back from genting but anw.. thats not the main point..

the main point is that SCAS is the place i met my bestfr (:

Weekiat and I chatted frequently on facebook and that's where we got to learn more about one another and also our interest in music and the people we look up to. okay just to side track alil, thanks to him, i'm now addicted to this show 'Journey with me'. HAHAHA.

So anw.. He's 15 going 16 this year and honestly he inspires me alot to think about my life.. i remember once when i asked him about his dreams and he told me that he wish to be a child counsellor/caregiver/teacher. He then shared something with me which touched me alot.. i mean, i'm almost 20 and i've never thought this way before:x

He said:

 "i believe that a child is like a blank piece of paper and we grown ups r the pen we write on them teaching everything we know so they will use next time and they will come 2 u n say thank u for being my teacher"

Weekiat shows me alot about living positively and even though he may be born with disability, he shows me how things can turn around with just a positive mindset (:

Back to school (:

Quality time spent with mommy today (: Initially i intended to collect my macbook on my own but mommy insisted to accompany me so of course, i'm fine it. haha. Travelled down to toa payoh and through the way mommy showed me where her first love stayed in the past and many many memories years back. Haha. i must admit, i miss spending time like this with mommy. Sometimes we are all so busy in life that we often forget to appreciate our love ones, those who are always there for us. Such quality time are definitely important.

So anw.. when we finally reach our destination, the person said that the collection point is at Ngee Ann. OMT. So we travelled all the way from clementi to toa payoh and now back to clementi. hahaha. *faints* but on a brighter note, i thought that it was pretty good too because this gave me a chance to show mommy around my school which i'm soon to be graduating from. So after collection of lappy, i left it with the staff for some software configuration. Brought mommy to MUNCH and we had our small bites there ^^

Dd happened to be in school with his biz partner for some meeting so YAY. He joined us afterwhich when he was done (: Miss boyfee so much! Recently, we have been trying to give each other more personal time because it is important to gt use to this feeling esp when he is enlisting soon(talk more about this later) . hmm, met up with bro afterwhich and we had our dinner at seoul garden. i swear it cost a bomb.. i can't wait for the day i start to earn, i will want to bring my mommy to many many places to try all the yummy food (:  

Spent afew hours in there, just stuffing ourselves with the yummy food. glad that this gives time for dd and my fam to interact too^^ hee. if only daddy is there too.. it will b perfect. hmm. Since there was a ice kacang maker in Seoul garden, mommy& i went to play with it while the guys had their talk. haha. 

 Head back home afterwhich. being a really excited girl, i unboxed my lappy and TADAHH (: Everyone say hi to my new baby:D hehehe. HAPPY GIRL IS ME!

Managed to spend some time to chat w dd and it feels really great to have him by my side. Just looking at him makes me happy, ohh i'm so in love ♥

Simple yet lovely day with BENBEN (:

Hello earthlings (: 

Benben came over today and we had a number of things lined up for the day ^^ weewoo. excited girls:D So.. firstly, we baked :D Attempted Oreo Cupcakes for the very first time. I've searched afew receipes and decided to settle down with a simpler one(: We will be attempting something more challenging the nxt time, i guess. hahahaa.

So anw.. this are the things we've prepared ^^

1. Chocolate cake mix

2. Cream cheese, sugar & egg

3. not forgetting, OREOSSSS!

We decided to play around with the fillings. Sooo.. we tried 'smashing' the oreos into pieces and also putting Hershey chocolate chips in it T.T HAHAHA. yes, it is definitely still edible. 

& finally.. after a few hours of hard work.. TADAHH! Here's our oreo cupcakes ^^ Looking great for a first attempt (: hee. mummy loves it too! 

Had dinner and we started practising guitar and manage to sing some songsss (: Last but not least, we manage to do a recording ^^ hee. Shall upload it soon once i get my macbook:D lalala.

Lunchy with momsie and boyfee today and we travelled t bugis tgther while mummy head to the temple, dd& I went insearch for my course equipments. We travelled from Bras Basah to Sim Lim Square then to Plaza Sing. No words can really describe how thankful i'm to dd for taking his time off to accompany the entire day to just search for my stuff. This meant alot to me because no one has ever done that for me selflessly. Instead of being 'sian' and impatient, he kept encouraging me whenever i felt dishearten because all the price are really expensive.

Block flea (:

First time attempting block flea and it was quite an experience i would say. HAHA. firstly, we didn't know that tables and chairs ain't provided so we're just left with our table mat to sit on but lucky for us it was big enough for us to lay our clothing and ourselves. HAHA. secondly, the weather is mad hot and we were near to melting. Thirdly, due to this being a block flea, it is important that the price of items sold to be low so we had to lower our price inorder to sell.

We managed to earn a fair bit of money so hoorayy (: haha. our time and effort are definitely worth it ^^ & also my business minded boyfr who managed to come out with a creative way to sell our clothes which attracted people to our 'booth'. hehe.

We came out of our house with 4 bags of clothes and we head home with just 2 bags ^^ To me, it was quite an achievement because i wasn't expecting for anything to be sold in the first place. HAHA.

I enjoy experiencing different things with dd even though the weather is hot, even when we do not have a proper place to sit, some people may feel that having a block flea is embarrassing but i beg to differ, it is definitely not as bad as what one thinks.

So.. worked with bud today at zoo ^^ It's funny how we always take work time as our catchup sessions. We will just talk non-stop except when we're serving the clients. haha. so anw, we were incharge of coaster art again (: When it was nearing the end of event, we went to the photobooth to snap some pictures. muahaha. I LOVE THEIR PROPS:D

Met my aunt at scape afterwhich to pay for my music course and my heart was breaking into pieces when i saw the amount.. but i told myself it's definitely going to be worth it. I'm going to work hard to produce results and at the same time, work hard to repay my aunt. jiayou kiahgek! you can do this ^^

After my aunt left, bud and i went to slack around in town even though our legs are getting really tired from all the walking. HAHA. Had dinner and sometimes when you're tired, you just feel so lazy to move around anymore. We headed home alittle earlier and boyfr came to look for me so that we can prepare for our block flea the next morning. Ahh what a long but lovely day (:

Have been spending quite a fair bit of time on guitar and just as i was practising i realised that i've managed to play the chords and even songs. I was super duper happy cus i was literally trying out every song that i find. HAHA. but of course, some of which turned out to sound pretty bad. hehh. but still, i felt that my effort have not gone to waste, the pain that i first felt on my fingers were all worth it^^ So so so happy. Now that i'm able to play basic chords, i'll be able to practise songs that i wish to sing for the elderly if i volunteer again in the any old folks home or hospitals ^^

late night thoughts

Living in this society and learning not to judge is not easy at all. but i'll still be trying cus thats what AH taught me.

As i grow older, i've learnt that not everyone is going to be sincere with how they treat you, they are going to push you away just cus they can and come back to you whenever they feel happy and i'm slowly being able to accept this fact that that's how things are going to be. This does not mean surrendering because to me, being able to accept such facts makes me a happier person and it makes me appreciate my love ones, the people who really love and care for me genuinely.

Irreplaceable memories (:

For the very first time, dd & I are going to WWW tgther ^^ yayyy. and even better while queuing for the tickets, a girl ard our age (i guess) approached us to see if we're willing to buy the tickets from her and she sold us at only 9$!! How good can things get. hee. 

It's a pity that we weren't able to sit the new rides cus it's still in maintenance but it looks really funn!! Spent nearly the whole day in WWW before we wash up. hee. so much fun ^^ We love the lazy river most! lalala (: Dd brought me around pasir ris and it was really nice to just slack around with him. Having his presence around me just makes me feel so blessed and safe (: Being such a sweet boyfr, he took notice of the fact that i love swing and brought me to somewhr near pasir ris CC. haha. weeee. SO FUNN. we were swinging so much that for a moment we thought we were going to spin 360 degrees. HAHAHA.

Went over to boyfee's place today for dinner and it was really sweet that his mommy cooked my fav soup just cus i'm going over. this little things really means alot to me (': So touched by all this gestures. Watched 真情无障爱 and i miss volunteering. Really have to go back soon! I miss the people there too. Went over to rivervale mall to get my file for piano class and turned out we got ourselves really cheap badminton rackets and cheap snacks. teehee. Went off for night badminton before camping ourselves in eug house for horror movie till 2am. HEHE. It was such a lovely evening/night spent ^^

HELLO! yes, the day has finally arrived ^^ AH peer support symposium (: I was the facilitator of my own own group and i was really nervous before i met them but i am really thankful and glad that everything turned out great^^ They were pretty responsive and i'm so proud of them when they stepped out to volunteer for the scenario based activity where they have to try to comfort a 'victim' set up in the scenario. so so proud of them (': 

Through this event, i got to learn more about each of them and they were really nice people to be with. Though they are younger than me but i never felt that that could be something that hinders a friendship. They are such loving people (:

At the end of the event, i thanked all of them personally for taking their time down for this event, for the courage, for the responsiveness during the event, for making this whole day a fun one and the response i got was really touching and heartwarming too. Somehow, somewhere during this whole process of facilitation  they made me felt confident of myself, they made me realise that i can be someone who is fun to be with, someone who people will wish to approach as well. Thankyou all of you (: Though as time pass, i may forget your names but the memories that we created for this event will definitely stay in me.

Dayout w dajie (:

Went out with Dajie today to jcube so that she can get her pretty clothing for her 1st anni celebration with sj (:  So, we went to this shop called MIYOC and there are so many pretty knitted top.. tempted much. hmmm, but like what i usually do, if i can't afford to buy something that i like, i will try it on and take a pic of myself in it^^ At least i know, i've wore it before. hehehe. I love knitted top but have never owned one. WHY? well, simply because it's too expensive, well at least for me. but it's alright, at least i get to try it. hehe.

I'm happy, truly am.

Went for a swim with dearest today.. ahh, i must say swimming is one of my fav sports because i don't feel sick after exercising because whenever i run, i feel giddy and sick. hehh. So anw, managed to swim quite a bit before washing up. Had ice latte at mac cafe afterwhich and like my usual routine, i will jus play with my phone and check my mails and......GUESS WHAT, i received my biggest surprise of the day. I HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO BE PART OF THE MUSIC CAREER PROGRAM. OMT. for those who have read my previous post will prolly get what it actually was but yessss.

I WAS MAD HAPPY t the extend i cried. i couldnt believe that i've gain myself this opportunity. i questioned myself, "what if i didn't take the chance t try?" i wouldn't have prolly even gotten this opportunity. No matter what reason was it for that i have been chosen t be in this course, i will definitely give my best to it.

On our 999th day together, boyfee finally initiated and agreed to singg with me(: *duper happy* We went to bugis plus KTV Suite and it was one of the best experience ever (: The microphone there is wireless and there are blankets too! Super awesomee. Had so much fun with boyfee (: HAHA. he was super cute when he got so tired from all the singing. love him to bits and pieces. After singing, we had dinner at one of our fav place before heading for our movie; "Oz: the great and the powerful" It was really nicee (:

Started my day off with the AH peeps for our peer support symposium's dry run at hwa chong. Woo. i was assigned to being a facilitator for my group so say hi to all the participants in Group 10 (: HAHAHA. After knowing the flow of event and activities, i'm kinda excited but worried at the same time. What if i can't hype up my group? What if my members are not as responsive? But i've decided to have more confidence and let nature take its course. hehh. So anw, there's going to be alot of great takeaways from AH's PSS and to also teach participants on how to be a better friend (: Can't wait^^

So anw, after the dry run, had dry run with one of my fellow AH peep before meeting benben at bedok to singg (: weee. Had out dinner later at bugis+ and the chicken wings are really yummy T.T hahaha. Head home feeling contented (:

OH SO HAPPY (:

So.. as we all know that IKEA meatball is back at $1/10 piece ONLY FOR TODAYY! woooo. so being a v budget and typical singaporean, dd & I have decided to be part of this kiasu movement. HEHEHE. Travelled down to IKEA (tamp) w dearest and i swear the queue was really loong.. weeee~ but nonetheless  we joined in the fun, hehh queued for approximately 30mins before ordering. So... we got 2 chicken wings, mushroom soup and 60 meatballs. HOHOHO (: 

I swear after the 40th meatball, both of us are already struggling. HAHAHA. too much yummy foood:D weewoo. Dabao-ed the remaining 20 meatballs back and home sweet home to rest before i head off to meet budd (: Always felt so good to be in dd's arm, so safe so comfy. hee. 

So dinner with budd and i always love her for being so thoughtful (': Despite of me being so obsessed with her blonde hair when i met her, she kept asking if i was alright and why i am feeling fainty etc. hee. Decided to stop by Holland Village for dinner and ended up in Thai Express. Weewoo. Surprisingly, it was quite crowded in Holland V. hahaha. So as usual, we had our chitchats over meal ^^ Glad to be spending a fair bit of time with budd recently. hee. She is definitely an important friend to me (:

Was viewing through all the campus superstar videos, wondering why am i always the one envying others?

How i wish i could go through full course of music trainings and stand on my dream stage to perform too. Then.. *smack* back to reality. because if i'm not going to do anything about it, i'll get nothing at the end of the day.

So anww. just wanted to blog about one of my fav local singer ^^ He is a huge talent and i'm so happy and thankful that he was spotted for his talents years back. TADAHH. He is none other than, JJ LIN, 林俊傑 (: 

I wouldnt go into his background because you could have just gone to wikipedia to read up more on him ^^

So... hardly do i get so obsessed with singers. but one main reason why i admire him so much for was.. his voice. I SWEAR HIS VOICE is so UNIQUE, SMOOTHING AND PLEASING TO THE EAR. I can go about whole day just by listening to his singing. I really really wish to attend his concert one day, it has been a long while since i acted like a little fan girl. Not only is his singing great, i swear the songs he wrote really reaches out to the heart of many too. Really hope he will continue to write more songs and continue to inspire the lives of many ^^

Had dinner with benben today at sushi tei. Though it was just for a few hours, i'm still thankful for it. She shared with me many many things and it was nice to know how's she doing now and all. We talked about what we wish to do in future and many random things. Had such a lovely time catching up with her. Can't wait to meet her again tgther with budd(: It's gonna be funnn.

Lunched at IKEA for the v first time with dear (: Woo. it was so yummy^^ Good food makes us happy! & as usual, we window-shopped around in IKEA, talking about how our future house should be like. It felt really nice and sweet because such topics no longer came out as a question but a discussion and act of anticipation towards our future (': 

Afterwhich, dd accompanied me to check out on the different wall colours. have always wanted to repaint my wall because my current one was too light, wasn't really what i expected it to be:/ So after flipping the booklets, i settled down with 2 diff colours. NOW, i have to make a decision. TOUGHH DECISION:/
