Its tough.
Tough to get everyone together when their hearts are not into this.

Its Disheartening.
Disheartening to know that we're not moving forward in the same direction.
Disheartening to know that if there is a choice, you guys will just walk away from this responsibility.

Its Sad.
Sad when i start to observe and understand how my words weigh.

As negative as all this sounds, i'm going to pull through it cus this is just the beginning. There's still a long way ahead, just gotta learn to self motivate& encourage. i must believe that at the end of everything, something beautiful will happen. The outcome will be good.

Faith, yes. To have faith that everything will work up fine despite the ups and downs.
